2020 Youth Camp

**Camp will only be conducted with 15 or more participants. If the minimum amount of sign-ups is not reached, we will send a notice 2 weeks before the start of camp.

This three-day camp combines basic weight room training modalities and techniques along with speed, agility, and conditioning drills to minimize the risk of injury and enhance athletic performance. While maintaining a low coach-athlete ratio, we will provide athletes with high levels of specific instruction with high levels of energy.
 
Day one teaches athletes how to properly move through a full range of motion and across all planes of movement performing basic landing mechanics and resistance training exercises, such as squat and rowing variations.
 
On day two, athletes will revisit the weight room before moving out to the turf to learn correct speed mechanics and change of direction.
 
Day three athletes will use their learned skills and compete in various challenges and competitions.

TIME
5:00pm - 6:30pm
This is a day camp only, so no overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations, if needed.

MEALS
Campers will have a refueling break. Campers are responsible for providing their own meals/snacks. Water will be provided.

PARKING
Parking is available in the OC Parking Lot. Fees: $7.00, M-F; $5.00, Weekends.

REFUNDS
In order to process a refund, the participant must complete the Refund Request form and email the paperwork to pittsportscamp@athletics.pitt.edu.

WALK UPS
Walkups are permitted, pending available space
